For Logo Submission
To ensure maximum quality and visibility of your brand during our event, we request that the logos of sponsoring companies or institutions be submitted according to these specifications:
1. File Format: Vector: AI (Adobe Illustrator) or EPS. Raster: TIFF, PDF, PNG or JPEG high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
2. Dimensions: The logo must be scalable without losing quality. Please make sure your logo is optimized to be visible in both small and large dimensions.
3. Color: Send the logo in its original color version (CMYK if possible), plus a grayscale version. If your logo uses specific colors, please include the exact color references (Pantone, CMYK, RGB).

For Audiovisual Submission
To ensure successful integration and the highest quality presentation of your audiovisual content during our event, please follow the specifications below when preparing and submitting your materials:
1. File Format: MOV or MP4 encoded in H.264. Make sure videos are in high definition (HD) with a minimum resolution of 1080p. Audio: WAV or MP3 with a minimum bit rate of 320 kbps to ensure sound clarity.
2. Video length: Videos should not exceed 60 seconds. To keep the audience’s attention and fit the event’s program.
3. Aspect Ratio and Resolution: The preferred aspect ratio is 16:9, which is standard for most on-screen presentations. For images and graphics, make sure the resolution is at least 1920×1080 pixels for optimal viewing.
4. Subtitles and Text: If your video includes dialogue or crucial information, provide embedded subtitles to ensure accessibility. Ensure that all text displayed in the video is legible and free of spelling errors.
5. Submission Deadline: Audiovisual materials must be submitted by September 12th to allow enough time for review and technical adjustments.
