Shaila Muñoz nacida y criada en la hermosa isla de Puerto Rico dentro de una familia profundamente arraigada en el ministerio. Desde temprana edad estuvo inmersa en las enseñanzas de la fe y la importancia de servir a los demás. Guiada por su educación, Shaila cultivó una profunda pasión por difundir la Palabra de Dios, que luego moldearía su trayectoria personal y profesional.
Después de completar su bachillerato en Administración de Empresas, Shaila se embarcó en un camino impulsado por un propósito, combinando su perspicacia académica con su vocación espiritual. Al mudarse a Nashville, Tennessee, se encontró en el corazón de la industria editorial cristiana, donde ha florecido durante más de 14 años.
En su carrera, Shaila se ha convertido en un faro de inspiración, combinando su experiencia en administración de empresas con su compromiso inquebrantable con su fe. Su trabajo no es simplemente una profesión sino un llamado: un vehículo a través del cual continúa la labor de difundir el Evangelio a diversas audiencias. Ya sea a través de la creación de literatura, estrategias e iniciativas de ventas y mercadeo, las contribuciones de Shaila han resonado profundamente dentro de la comunidad cristiana y más allá.

Cree en el poder transformador de la educación teológica para pastores y líderes. Ayudar a recaudar fondos y fomentar el crecimiento le permite apoyar el viaje para profundizar su comprensión de la fe, empoderándolos para servir mejor a sus comunidades y cumplir su llamado.
En su tiempo libre…
Disfruta de ayudar a otros, asesorando a jóvenes en la fe y horneando. Además, encuentra renuevo en la naturaleza, pasar tiempo al aire libre, pasar tiempo de calidad con su familia y amigos y, lo más importante, nutrir su crecimiento espiritual a través de la oración y la lectura.
Su libro favorito…
Esta es una pregunta difícil, uno de los primeros libros que leyó y le impactó, y sigue siendo uno de sus favoritos, es “Amor Redentor” de Francine Rivers. Es una poderosa historia inspirada en Amós sobre el amor incondicional, la redención y la fe, que le recuerda la búsqueda incesante de Dios por cada uno de nosotros, sin importar nuestro pasado o nuestros errores.

Guided by her upbringing, Shaila cultivated a profound passion for spreading the Word of God, which would later shape her personal and professional journey.
After completing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Shaila embarked on a purpose-driven path, blending her academic acumen with her spiritual calling. Relocating to Nashville, Tennessee, she found herself at the heart of the Christian publishing industry, where she has flourished for over 14 years.
In her career, Shaila has become a beacon of inspiration, combining her expertise in business management with her unwavering commitment to her faith. Her work is not merely a profession but a calling—a vehicle through which she continues the labor of spreading the Gospel to diverse audiences. Whether through the creation of compelling literature for missions, strategic marketing, and sales initiatives, Shaila’s contributions have resonated deeply within the Christian community and beyond.

She believes in the transformative power of theological education for pastors and leaders. Helping raise funds and foster growth enables her to support their journey in deepening their understanding of faith, empowering them to better serve their communities and fulfill their calling.
In her spare time she…
Enjoys volunteering, mentoring young people in faith, and baking. Additionally, she finds renewing in nature, spending time outdoors, spending quality time with her family and friends, and most importantly nurturing her spiritual growth through prayer and reading.
Her favorite book…
This is a hard one, but one of the first impactful books she read, and still one of her favorites is “Redeeming Love” by Francine Rivers. It’s a powerful tale inspired by Amos about unconditional love, redemption, and faith, reminding her of God’s relentless pursuit of each of us, no matter our past or mistakes.
