We are delighted to share the tremendous success of our recent Transformational Preaching intensive weekend, where 30 pastors and lay leaders from various denominations gathered for an inspiring time of learning and growth. The atmosphere was charged with curiosity as we delved into practical training sessions on preaching, led by none other than Dr. Pablo Jimenez.

Diverse participation: It was encouraging to witness diverse representation from various denominations and church groups, fostering a rich environment for collaboration and interdenominational understanding.
2. Guidance from an outstanding academic: Our participants had the privilege of learning from a distinguished academic, whose experience and passion for the subject left an indelible mark on all attendees.
Hands-on training sessions: The event included practical training sessions designed to equip our participants with tangible skills and knowledge about the art of preaching in the Latin church. The focus was on real-world Latino applications that could be immediately integrated into their ministries.

Looking to the future:
As we celebrate the success of this event, we have already moved on to the next step in this Transformational Preaching program. Ten of the participants of the weekend intensive have begun a nine-session virtual workshop where they are working synchronously and asynchronously in small groups, guided by Dr. Jimenez, creating, designing and presenting sermons that foster growth in Christian faith and discipleship in their congregations.
We also look forward to future opportunities for growth and collaboration. The enthusiasm and dedication of the event participants who worked hard to improve their preaching skills confirms our community's desire for strengthened ministries.
