¡Nació y creció en una de las ciudades más diversas del mundo! Queens, Nueva York. Es hija de padres inmigrantes que emigraron de Ecuador, criada por una madre soltera que con la ayuda de Dios movió montañas para ella y sus hermanos. Lleva más de 10 años trabajando en el campo de la Educación. Su pasión es ver a las personas descubrir su potencial a través de la familia, la comunidad y los recursos. Hay muchos desafíos que enfrentan las familias inmigrantes de primera generación al construir comunidades, conexiones y puentes en un nuevo país. Su pasión por el desarrollo comunitario se basa en la educación; ofrece experiencia y conocimiento para trabajar juntos por el objetivo común de ver florecer a las familias. Ha trabajado junto a organizaciones e iglesias como: FLORA y Expansión Church. Donde trabajó con adultos jóvenes mientras navegaban por la fe en el contexto actual. Por eso, me llena de emoción unirme al equipo de AETH, donde trabajaremos juntos para construir puentes y hacer que la teología sea accesible para todos.
¿Qué le apasiona de su papel en AETH?
Su pasión es unir a las personas y crear espacios en los que todos sean escuchados. Aprovechar estas conversaciones y ponerlas en práctica.

Su madre es su inspiración. El corazón de su madre es tan grande como el de ella. El Señor ha estado al frente de sus vidas y saben que no estarían aquí hoy si no fuera por la gracia y la misericordia.

She was born and raised in one of the most diverse cities in the world! Queens, New York City. She is a daughter of immigrant parents who emigrated Ecuador, raised by a single mother who with the Lord’s help moved mountains for her and her siblings. She has been working in the field of Education for more than 10 years. Her passion is to see individuals discover their potential through education, family, community and resources. There are many challenges first generation immigrant families face when building community, connections and bridges in a new country. Her passion for community development is grounded in education; she offers experience and knowledge to work together for a common goal of seeing families flourish. She has worked alongside organizations and churches like FLORA and Expansion Church, where she worked with young adults as they navigated faith in today’s context. This is why I am so excited to be joining the AETH team, where we will be working together to build bridges and make theology accessible to all.
What makes her passionate about her role at AETH?
Her passion is to bring people together and create spaces in which everyone is heard. To build upon these conversations and put them into action.

Her mother is her inspiration. Her mother’s heart is as big as hers. The Lord has been in the forefront of both their lives and they know they wouldn’t be here today if it were not for grace and mercy.
