Jeremy Villoch
Biennial Assistant Student Intern
Jeremy Villoch Galarza was born and raised in the center of a Puerto Rican Baptist pastoral family. From an early age one of the pillars of his life has been to work in the formation and education of children and young people on issues of history, society and Christianity. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Political Science at the University of Puerto Rico Mayagüez Campus. Among her plans for graduate school are theological and public administration training in Puerto Rico and the United States. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Baptist Churches of Puerto Rico and a student research mentor in the Department of Social Sciences at RUM.
What excites you about your role at AETH?
I am passionate about the opportunity to connect youthful passion and strength with veteran knowledge and hope in the theological endeavor for a world that urges our God.
In his spare time...
My main hobbies are reading, watching series and occasionally drinking coffee.
Your favorite book...
My top favorite book is the Bible. Among my other favorite books are Mondays with my old pastor, A Summer at Villa Fe, The Best Leader Ever, Team of Rivals and A Faith that Thinks.
A person who inspires you...
I am inspired every day by my mother and grandmother, Jesus, Jeremiah and the Apostle Paul.
Jeremy Villoch Galarza was born and raised in the heart of a Puerto Rican Baptist pastoral family. From a young age, one of the pillars of his life has been working in the education and formation of children and youth on topics related to history, society, and Christianity. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Political Science at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus. His graduate school plans include theological education and public administration both in Puerto Rico and the United States. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Baptist Churches of Puerto Rico and a research mentor student in the Department of Social Sciences at UPRM.
