What We Do

We are dedicated to the promotion and improvement of theological education and its impact on the lives of individuals, churches and communities.

We are the Association for Hispanic Theological Education (AETH). A network of people and institutions that since 1992, works in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and more recently in Latin America and the Caribbean.

We joined AETH for four main reasons: to expand our network of contacts in the United States and Puerto Rico, to learn from the experiences of others in the formation of servants, to take advantage of the valuable resources they offer, and to obtain certification for our biblical studies program. Thanks to AETH, we have seen a remarkable growth in the quality of our program and a 40% increase in scholarship applications in the first year after receiving certification. AETH certification, obtained through the ATS, has been one of the most important phases in our seminary's 51-year history. This certification has validated the academic rigor of our program, facilitated dialogue with accredited institutions, and provided vital academic resources. Thanks to AETH, we have been able to ensure academic excellence and form partnerships with other seminaries and universities, allowing our students to advance in their theological and professional formation.
