She is an administrative professional with over 25 years of successful and diversified experience in the pharmaceutical, educational and management industries. During her career, she has held various leadership positions in non-profit organizations, both secular and Christian.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Sciences and a Master's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, in addition to professional certifications such as CPS (Certified Professional Secretary) and CAP (Certified Administrative Professional).

Glorie is also a university professor and serves as President of TCHERs, a leading homeschooling organization in Puerto Rico. She is co-founder and leader of the support group Rayitos del Saber Homeschooling. She offers consulting and international conferences on autism/ADHD, helping families of children with special needs find alternatives through non-traditional education and healthy eating. She also serves as Director of Christian Education at the Christian and Missionary Alliance Church of Fajardo.

What excites you about your role at AETH?

She finds immense passion in the profound impact and positive change that spreading God's word can achieve, thanks to the continuous learning and growth fostered by AETH's vision and mission. Her role within the organization aligns perfectly with her personal values, interests and strengths, as she resonates deeply with the values of helping others, whether clients or colleagues.

In his spare time...

She is passionate about education: offering workshops, conferences and university classes. In addition, she does community work with non-profit organizations and organizes events at her church.

Your favorite book...

The book of Proverbs is his favorite book because it is a compendium of advice and practical wisdom for living a righteous and prudent life. It is a source of moral and spiritual guidance because it covers topics such as: justice, honesty, obedience to God, friendship, diligent work, family, respect for parents and the fear of the Lord.

A person who inspires you...

Her inspiration and motivation come from her mother, who served as a role model and mentor, demonstrating resilience, determination and integrity in the face of adversity. Her mother's example also instilled in her qualities such as compassion, empathy, creativity and commitment to service. Her mother's legacy of spiritual transformation and positive outlook fuels her drive to face challenges with courage and optimism.
