I am beyond excited to share our new strategic footprint for 2024-2028, as a summary of the new strategic plan for our beloved AETH. This is a roadmap that will guide us toward a God-driven future of growth, expansion, innovation and impact in the communities we serve. As we move toward the new of our Lord, I am inspired by the immense potential within our organization and the Hispanic community to advance God's kingdom collaboratively, promoting theological education of excellence and equipping those we serve through capacity building.
Over the past 33 years, we have reached milestones that have marked our history, thanks to the passion and dedication of those who came before us. Today, like those pioneers, our team, partners and membership reaffirm that same resilience. This new strategic vision builds precisely on the legacy that has been bestowed upon us, leading the way for a collective trajectory that reveals our core values and principles.
At the heart of this plan is the witness of our continued dedication to our mission and the communities we serve. It frames the past and the present to catapult us into the future with hope. It reveals the culmination of extensive collaboration, careful analysis, prayer and innovative thinking for our entire organization. Let me invite you to immerse yourself in reading this document and, in doing so, embracing the collectivity it represents and the opportunities it contains.
May this plan become a catalytic force that ignites among us commitment, collaboration, service, integrity and excellence as together we navigate the next five years of AETH and those we serve from generation to generation. Thank you for your continued support and dedication as we build the next 33 years of AETH. If after reading the strategic footprint you would like a copy of the full plan, please write to us at. .
Let the world know that #somosAETH.
